Hope you are having a good weekend so far. I finally got back into my stampin’ room to create a card for the Fab Friday challenge. I was hoping to find a sketch challenge since I was not feeling super creative yet, so I chose the sketch at Create With Connie and Mary, which I just love. I am running on scraps of paper over here, I am almost of our Crumb Cake and Pool Party cardstock. I am down to scraps, but luckily I found a half sheet of Crumb Cake to make my base. I am just trying to hold of placing an order until we can pre-order from the new catalog!!! Can’t wait to get new goodies! Next I embossed a layer of Crumb Cake with the Honeycomb embossing folder. On a piece of Whisper White I stamped the Thank You from the set Oh, Hello in Pool Party. Behind that I layered a piece of Calypso Coral that was punched with the Scallop Border punch. I cut a flag from some Summer Starfruit and pulled out the arrows from the set Oh, Hello. Using the Stamp-a-ma-Jig (see tutorial HERE), I stamped the arrows in Versamark. I added a Pool Party button tied with some Baker’s Twine. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
